Do my dog is getting a seriuos eye illness?

Take him to the vet. It could be that he just poked himself in the eye while scratching, or it may have been scratched when he ran through a bush. But take him to the vet to make sure it’s not infected.

Is there a red mass protruding from it? That would be cherry eye, and it requires expensive surgery.
