When a puppy isn't breathing at birth could it have mental health problems latter on in life?
I had a litter of pit bull puppies back in September and one of them wasn’t breathing for 2 minuets after birth, and lately she hasn’t really been all there. Could not breathing for that period of time be one of the problems?
